We are currently in a growth phase with a major wellfield expansion project in progress.About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Manager to lead a dynamic team, on a 4:3 roster . This role is ensuring the smooth flow of equipment and materials inwards and outwards.This is a role where you can make significant positive impact to site operations. Reporting to our Head of Supply Chain, you will be involved in supplier relationship management, inventory management, productivity and system process improvements.About YouThe ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar procurement / logistics role, preferably in the mining industry or similar.You will also have;Understanding of the challenges of supply chain operations in a remote site environment.Ability to collaborate with departments to meet supply needs and improve processes.Ability to identify cost saving and productivity improvement opportunities.Experience with efficient warehousing and inventory control procedures.Ability to handle competing priorities and problem-solve.ICT proficiency and experience with ERP software (TechOne experience an advantage)Ability to lead a small warehousing team and freight sub-contractors.Excellent knowledge of supply chain processesQualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Procurement (preferred not essential).Why Work for Heathgate?Excellent people are essential for our continuing success and innovation.
