Our Client is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Warehouse & Planning Administrator to join our team in Griffith.
As a key player in our Warehouse & Planning administration team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are critical to the success of our operations.
If you are passionate about optimising ordering and logistics processes, building strong supplier relationships, and achieving cost-saving initiatives, this is the role for you.
This is a fast-paced role and would suit someone wanting to expand their skills that can handle high pressure but rewarding workplace situations.

Key Responsibilities: General Warehouse & Planning Administrative tasks Obtain & analyse freight quotes from suppliers Coordinate and manage the booking of freight shipment across Australia.
Maintain tracking and tracing of all shipments.
Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve any delays or issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with freight suppliers Verify and reconcile supplier invoices to ensure accurate billing and payment Utilise the ERP, TMS & WMS to streamline logistics processes and enhance efficiency Monitor and analyse the performance of logistics processes for continuous improvement.
Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience in logistics and supply chain administration is preferred Strong organisational and communication skills Proficiency in using inventory & transportation management software essential Excellent problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.
