You must have proven experience in warehousing and/or logistics with high-reach forklift operation skills. Having a mechanical aptitude is desired, previous experience with maintenance of Filling Machines, Tube Filling Machines for production and experience in general facility maintenance is highly regarded.
Responsibilities: Unload incoming goods from trucks, receipt goods into warehouse. Store goods in designated locations. Receipt goods into ERP system, goods such as raw materials, bulk products and packaging. Verifying integrity of goods against delivery docket, and Certificate of Analysis where applicable. Pick BOM (Bill of Materials) for Manufacturing and Production departments as per work orders and picking sheets. Assist with general maintenance throughout the facility, supporting operations team as a first point of contact for equipment breakdowns and scheduled service of equipment such as scales, compressor, air conditioning units. Assist with replenishment of consumables such as cardboard shippers, packing material, PPE. Maintain stock levels of consumables and order stock as required. Adhere to company's accreditation of QMS ISO 9001, ISO GMP 22716, ACO (Australian Certified Organic) standards. Adhere to workplace health and safety standards, operate forklifts and conduct warehouse duties in a safe manner.
