Controls as a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor and play a key role in managing our warehousing and distribution operations in Thomastown, VIC.
This full-time position is perfect for someone with 3+ years in a similar role, a passion for excellence, and a hands-on, can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goodsSupervising a clean, safe warehouse environment and ensuring compliance with safety regulationsLeading by example, coordinating closely with production, office, and warehouse teamsImplementing and maintaining processes to enhance efficiency and productivityProviding outstanding customer service through efficient warehouse operationsAssisting with picking & packing orders, managing inventory, and booking couriersWhat We're Looking For: Minimum 3+ years in a warehouse/logistics supervisory roleStrong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and support a teamExperience with inventory control, shipping, and dispatch platformsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsForklift license and current forklift operation experienceWhat N.A.W.
