In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our warehouse operations, managing logistics processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration with our 3PL partners.You will be responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, coordinating storage capacity, managing returns, and driving continuous improvement in our distribution processes. Your expertise will be vital managing daily warehouse activities.Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll contribute to forecasting, quality control, and performance management. Join us in this pivotal role where you'll make a significant impact on our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.You are responsible for:Report on performance and corrective actions of all service providers (daily, weekly and monthly review cycle) of all activities as described belowStorage space capacity planning with the warehouse providerCollaborative forecast with account team and market demand plannerQuality coordinator for Delivery Holds, scrapping activities, rework, etc.Outbound unhappy flow/ exceptions (e.g. rush shipment, complaints)Monitoring the inbound into the warehouse and assisting in documents if neededPerformance management with the warehouse provider, for KPI's in provider's contract & Philips KPI'sSupport to transformation projects, like introducing new flows, automationManage Returns processManage and ensure Inventory accuracy between 3PL WMS and Philips SAP systemStock movement transactions if requiredOversee 3PL daily operations and governanceCoordinating quarterly audit and stock take for Philips warehouseAssist in setting up operations with new 3PL providersMonitoring and resolving issues related to warehouse performance, logistics and reverse logisticsProactively managing distribution costsTo succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following:Degree-level education in logistics or equivalent field3 to 5 years of experience in warehousing and distribution processes preferably within medical devices industriesGood knowledge of SAP software (SAP SBO / PRD)Must possess strong Excel skills and MS Office softwareGood knowledge of Power BI dashboards (preferred)Available to work from our warehouse located in Hoxton Park once per week, on average.Accustomed to effectively prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-paced operational environmentContinuous improvement mindset with focus on efficiencyExperience in change management and influencing cross-functional stakeholdersMust be solutions-focused, creative, innovative with a high level of organisational and planning skillsThe ability to critically think through the multiple-step process and follow up on detailsExcellent communication, verbal and written skillsBe a results-oriented and highly analytical individualBe a self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiativeBring unique expertise or skills to the team that complement and enhance existing capabilitiesDemonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and solving problemsWhy should you join Philips?At Philips, we believe life is better when #youareyou.
