Emeco have a vacancy for a Perth Based – Warehouse and Logistics Manager to join us in the ongoing maintenance of our heavy earthmoving fleet across Western Australia.

Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and guide a team of supervisors and warehouse staff, cultivating a collaborative and performance-driven environment with a strong focus on safety and team cohesion.
Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve operational workflows, driving cost reductions and enhanced productivity through Lean principles and innovative solutions.
KPI Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate key performance metrics such as DIFOT, order accuracy, and safety, ensuring consistent achievement of business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments like Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service to synchronize warehouse activities with broader business objectives and ensure smooth operations.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to all safety, health, environmental, and industry regulations, while upholding company policies and best practices.
Minimum Requirements essential: Warehouse Management Experience - Over 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, ideally within FMCG or retail sectors, with a proven ability to oversee high-volume environments and manage large, diverse teams.
Leadership & Team Development : Demonstrated success in leading teams, fostering a motivating and inclusive environment, and driving employee engagement across all levels.
Data-Driven Decision Making : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for interpreting operational data to guide strategic decisions and improve performance.
Effective Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to drive alignment and achieve business goals.
Technical Competence : Experienced in utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite to streamline processes and optimise operational workflows.
