The position will support our Supply Chain team in the US.
Your duties will include: Leading and managing the Scottsdale warehouse and distribution team operationsMonitoring the transactional aspects of all work performed to ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and company requirementsIdentifying areas of improvement in process and efficiency and establishing innovative solutionsManaging the storage and control of spare partsDelivering a high level, customer-focused serviceProviding timely and meaningful management, budgeting and performance reporting and analysis information to the Supply Chain Manager, Program Managers and Finance Manager for use in monthly reportingThe ideal candidate will possess: Minimum 5 years leadership/supervision experience in a maintenance or production warehouse environmentBroad knowledge of and experience in warehousing and material management practicesBroad knowledge of and experience working in heavily regulated working environments/industriesBroad knowledge of and experience working with international and domestic freightAbility to lead, communicate, organize and administer staffSound information technology knowledgeHighly aware of techniques in effectively managing customer relationsActively support team cohesion via inclusivity and diversityExperience in modern stock take management techniquesProficient in and aware of National Chain of Responsibility legislationAn entrepreneurial spirit with an innovative natureAble to demonstrate the communication skills required to clearly articulate visions, issues and outcomesDemonstrated ability to work with confidential information and exercise the highest degree of discretionA passion and drive to deliver to keep their customers flying.Minimum 10 years of Aircraft MRO or similar highly legislated industry (Medical, Chemical, Foods) part/stock management environment experienceExperience and ability in providing effective reporting to customers
