As our Warehouse and Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for a mix of hands-on and administrative duties to ensure efficiency and compliance across the business.Warehouse Tasks: Process purchase orders and incoming stock deliveries.Conduct regular stock takes and manage inventory levels.Anticipate materials for vehicle restocking and upcoming projects.Maintain warehouse and vehicle safety compliance.Perform deliveries to job sites as needed.Order stock through various suppliers.Admin Tasks: Manage and ensure the accuracy of employee timesheets.Verify that field team have completed job notes, uploaded photos, and completed risk assessments.Update and maintain customer data in the job management system.What We're Looking For: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Basic understanding of warehouse operations and admin processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Willingness to learn new skills.Ability to forward-think & show initiative.We especially want to hear from you if you bring: Knowledge of electrical or trade industries is a plus but not essential.White Card.Customer Service Experience.About Our Business: Betts Electrical is a locally owned business, and our aim is to provide a Prompt, Personal, and Professional Service with a commitment to Quality, Safety, and Reliability, which we have done successfully for the past 20 years.
