Warehouse Administrator

Key Responsibilities Liaise with the Warehouse Supervisor on matters required for the effective operation of the warehouse Identify, investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and report as required Liaise with the Parts team to ensure delivery time frames are prioritized to meet customer deadlines Order Dispatch –consignment notes and scheduling of transportation Maintain an efficient and effective filing system Contribute to overall improvement of HSE in the workplace Identify and action continuous improvement opportunities.About You Previous experience in a similar role Excellent customer service skills Proficient oral and written communication skills High attention to detail Strong numeracy skills Strong MS Word and Excel skills Ability to handle multiple tasks Ability to work under strict deadlines Initiative and self-drive Problem solving skills We Offer Benefits Global
