Key Responsibilities: Assist with logistics tasks, leveraging knowledge of warehouse and supply chain processes.
Use computer-based job management systems to support warehouse and logistics operations.
Provide excellent customer service through verbal and written communication.
Perform administrative duties, ensuring accurate and timely management of documentation and records.
Process and manage emails efficiently and with precision.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime when required to meet operational needs.
Requirements: Proven experience in administrative roles.
Proven knowledge within a warehouse or logistics setting preferred.
Familiarity with computer-based job management systems.
Strong customer service skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
