The purpose of the role of the Warehouse Administrator is to provide administration support to the warehouse and the wider supply chain team.
The role consists of:
Single point of contact for all urgent next flight and priority ordersEnsure completion of workflows and perform the relevant freight bookings whilst keeping stakeholders informedProduce and sort pick slips and labels hourly for warehouse operationsDaily billing of orders processed by the warehouseEnsure daily pick slips are billed, and service kits are returned and closedPerform corrections to nil pick and short pick lines ensuring inventory relocation to non-allocatable locations.Invoice, raise purchase orders and receipt goods into E purchaseOther duties as required by RDC / LDC Operations managerAssist in other general warehouse duties as required.
May require machine use in some instances.Actively participates in Monthly Toolbox Meetings, including Safety and EnvironmentUnderstand Epiroc OH&S PoliciesEnsure all visitors and team members have the necessary PPEDemonstrated ability to view and navigate SharePointPerform any SHEQ duties as requiredEnsure a secure warehouse, a timely and accurate reporting of all events, hazards & equipment issues, and participate in workplace investigations or observations as required.Adhere to defined standard procedures and apply safe work practicesThe following attributes would be highly regarded:
