The purpose of the role of the Warehouse Administrator is to provide administration support to the warehouse and the wider supply chain team.
The role consists of: Single point of contact for all urgent next flight and priority orders Ensure completion of workflows and perform the relevant freight bookings whilst keeping stakeholders informed Produce and sort pick slips and labels hourly for warehouse operations Daily billing of orders processed by the warehouse Ensure daily pick slips are billed, and service kits are returned and closed Perform corrections to nil pick and short pick lines ensuring inventory relocation to non-allocatable locations.
Invoice, raise purchase orders and receipt goods into E purchase Other duties as required by RDC / LDC Operations manager Assist in other general warehouse duties as required.
May require machine use in some instances.
Actively participates in Monthly Toolbox Meetings, including Safety and Environment Understand Epiroc OH&S Policies Ensure all visitors and team members have the necessary PPE Demonstrated ability to view and navigate SharePoint Perform any SHEQ duties as required Ensure a secure warehouse, a timely and accurate reporting of all events, hazards & equipment issues, and participate in workplace investigations or observations as required.
