As a Ward Clerk for our Women's Mental Health Service, you will be responsible for a broad range of administrative duties including:
Managing the busy reception desk, including answering calls and handling inquiriesManaging both electronic and paper-based medical recordsMaintaining accurate and efficient record management systemsSupporting ward staff with administrative tasksLiaising with other departments and team members as requiredCompleting other clerical tasks as requested, such as data entry, scanning, preparing resources, and welcome packsConducting Health Fund checks and other financial tasks related to admissionsYour Skills and Experience To succeed in this role, you will be an effective and approachable administrative professional with a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values.
