Working with Damascus nursing staff and Allied Health Professionals (AHP), we are seeking a full time team member who will be accountable for providing clerical support to our doctors, nursing staff and allied health professionals. The service comprises of a 44 bed inpatient unit and dedicated day patient department providing treatment for people with problems related to the use of alcohol and/ or prescribed medications. The successful applicant will have exceptional customer service skills, flexibility and empathic approach.Key functions include: · Greeting patients and other visitors · Liaising with other professionals · Preparation of patient files, appointment lists and coordination with other ward clerks to obtain ward patient files · Medical record filing · Providing clerical support to the clinical team About us Brisbane Private is a 181-bed Private hospital with 17 operating theatres, surgical, medical and rehabilitation units, ICU and drug and alcohol rehabilitation services.
