Our client Impression Tiling WA [ABN 62 178 284 969] are seeking a qualified and experienced Wall and Floor Tiler to join their team. The position is permanent full-time located in Esperance WA, approx. 700 km South of Perth.If you enjoy working with your hands, have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work, this position could be for you.Key Responsibilities Review project plans and measure and mark surfaces to map out the tiling layout. Prepare floors and walls by removing old tiles, grout, and adhesives, filling any holes or cracks, and ensuring surfaces are clean. Apply adhesive to prepared surfaces and place tiles in position with precision. Use specialised tools to cut and shape tiles for edges, corners, and around fittings like pipes. Ensure tiles are properly aligned and spaced for a professional finish. Apply grout between tiles, then clean and remove excess grout for a smooth result. Apply waterproofing solutions where needed to protect surfaces. Install flooring made of granolithic, terrazzo, cement, or similar materials. Lay coloured tiles to create decorative patterns or mosaics as required.Requirements Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling and 2 years post-qualification work experience as Wall and Floor Tiler or alternatively 5-year minimum work experience as Wall and Floor Tiler. Valid driver's licence. Strong attention to detail and precision in tile alignment and spacing. Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications. Proficiency in using tile-cutting tools and equipment. Knowledge of waterproofing techniques and materials. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.What's On Offer Permanent full-time position. Attractive salary package between $75,000 and $95,000 per year pending on skills and experience.
