A popular restaurant operating 5 nights per week in the Ballina Byron area is looking for additional team members to join our growing team. We are searching for experienced and passionate hospitality professionals with exceptional skills. You will work closely with a small team of passionate industry professionals to ensure that every customer has an authentic and memorable dining experience from start to finish. Prior experience working in fine dining restaurants and/or bars is a must.

Responsibilities:Welcoming, seating, taking orders and serving food and beverages.Preparing drinks and cocktails.Providing assertive service; refilling glasses, clearing plates and suggestive upselling.Opening/closing the floor.Managing bookings, walk-ins and seating throughout the evening.Fostering co-operation and respect between co-workers.RSA required.Qualifications:Someone who is passionate about food, wine & hospitality.2+ years experience in a high-end bar or a la carte restaurant environment.Self-motivated, professional, with strong attention to detail.Ability to multi-task and think on your feet.Thrives working as part of a team and can work autonomously.Dedicated to providing our clients with an excellent dining experience.Well-presented, punctual and exceptional attention to detail.Clear communicator on both phone & email.Required to hold a current NSW RSA certificate.
The successful applicants will be required to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays. Additional hours can also be available with HK shifts.
Work eligibility: Permitted to work permanently and with no restrictions on hours (e.g., citizen, permanent resident).
