Waiter Supervisor

The Goose is an iconic Southwest restaurant located in Busselton (WA, 6280), currently in search of a passionate and experienced Waiter Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis.Tasks & Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the waiting staff, ensuring efficient and smooth service.Train and supervise waiting staff, providing guidance and support.Schedule and manage waiting staff shifts to meet operational needs.Assist with table setting, clearing, and maintaining a clean dining environment.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.Assist with staff training and development.Skills:Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant environment.Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.Strong organisational and time management skills.Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.Remuneration: $65,000 - $70,000 per year + superannuationOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
A minimum of two current references will be required.This is a full-time position in Busselton.
