ResponsibilitiesEnsure every guest's day is made a little brighter and offer a memorable experience through great interactions and impeccable service.Keep wait times to a minimum and meet guest expectations through speed of service and communication with all crew members.Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and refresh it continually.Successfully promote and drive new products and marketing campaigns.Personalize service by learning guests' names and orders; get to know our guests through personalized interactions.Strive to improve and learn, continually working on your coffee knowledge and latte art skills.Seek feedback from guests regarding their latest visit and share this with the Café Manager and crew where relevant.Handle guest feedback swiftly and appropriately; remember to listen and acknowledge, escalating to your Franchisee/Café Manager where required.Create loyal guests by promoting and recommending our great loyalty program and app to all guests.Increase average transaction value through suggestive selling and recommending items that will complement all guest orders.Ensure all elements of the Jamaica Blue coffee procedures are followed during preparation.Monitor extractions to ensure they are always between 25–30 seconds for a great tasting espresso throughout the day.Aim to have latte art on every cup.Communicate any equipment maintenance issues swiftly with the Café Manager.Process all transactions as per cash handling procedures.Present yourself in Jamaica Blue uniform and appropriate protective clothing at all times.Assist your crew mates with their duties when support is required, which may involve tasks outside of your usual role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
