Join our dynamic and fun team in an awesome work environment with 270-degree water views.Position Overview: As a Wait Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our restaurant operations, functions, and bar environments.

We are open 7 days a week, offering a flexible roster and a range of benefits, including staff meals/drinks and discounts.Essential Experience:Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a large, fast-paced venueStrong knowledge of a range of Australian wines, beers & cocktailsWork in a team-based environment and autonomouslyExperience with wait and bar serviceBe able to use a point of sales systemA working understanding of Food Safety StandardsMaintain current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualificationExperience from working in the events environment will be advantageousDuties Include:Monitoring rosters and attendanceEnsuring appropriate staffing levels are maintainedIdentifying, raising, and resolving conflicts and issues of urgencyAssist in leading and motivating a large team of employeesAssist in managing performance and development of team membersMaintain compliance with all Company policies and proceduresProviding exceptional guest experiencesJob Openings:Casual Supervisor positions (20 - 25 hours/week), leading to full-time.Full-time Supervisor positions (2) for experienced individuals with over 3 years of bar and management experience.Benefits:Staff meals and drinks.Generous staff discounts.Flexible roster to accommodate work-life balance.Work in a vibrant and dynamic team with 270-degree water views overlooking Darwin Harbour and Lagoon.Wages: Based on Restaurant Industry Award 2023 Standards.Casual from L3: $32.25 per hour.Full-Time: Salary based on minimum 38 hours per week.
