Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated waiters/waitresses to join our Rodeo team.
As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will provide exceptional service, ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet and seat customers, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Present menus and inform guests about daily specials and popular dishes, including drinks and desserts. Take accurate food and beverage orders while making recommendations as needed. Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and efficiently. Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction. Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for restaurant patrons. Handle cash and process payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service station. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members for smooth and efficient service. Qualifications: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred. A passion for Mexican cuisine and culture is a plus! Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to outstanding service.
