Key Details: Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 + 11.5% superannuation per year Key Responsibilities: As a Waiter at Melaleuca, your responsibilities will include: Setting and arranging tables for an elevated dining experience Welcoming guests, taking reservations and presenting menus Providing detailed recommendations for wine and food pairings Taking orders and liaising with kitchen and bar staff Serving food and beverages with precision and care Clearing tables and returning dishes and cutlery to the kitchen Managing payment transactions efficiently Assisting with wine service, including opening bottles and mixing drinks.
Requirements: At least two (2) years of full-time relevant experience as a Waiter (in Australia, on a full-time basis or equivalent) Must live in the FNQ Region Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail.
