We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee a variety of new and on-going projects from pre-construction all the way to hand-over, ensuring projects are running on time and on budget. Reporting to the director, you will be required to manage multiple projects, liaise with the clients and sub-contractors, and provide necessary support for project relevant issues.
Responsibilities General management of projects from pre-construction to hand-over, ensuring projects are running on time and on budget and delivered to best practice in compliance with relevant approvals and to the satisfaction of the key stakeholders. Planning and procurement of required materials to site. Organising labour required for each project in coordination with site supervisors. Completion of required paperwork such as claims and variations. Ensure the effective implementation of any design changes. Establish, develop and maintain positive long-term business and customer relationships. Required Skills Proven working experience as a Project Manager or a relevant role. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings. Strong attention to detail, prioritising, time management and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships. Ability to motivate and coordinate a team of employees to execute a project within a tight timeline. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, Aconex, etc. Knowledge of OH&S practices and policies. Must have drivers license, white card and asbestos awareness card. #J-18808-Ljbffr
