Due to continuous growth of Wagners Construction Materials Laboratory, we are seeking an experienced Laboratory Technician to join our team at Wellcamp, Toowoomba.
This will provide a great opportunity to expand your skills, knowledge and work with an industry leader.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to: Performing sampling of concrete and aggregates to recognised and approved methods Performing testing in accordance with Australian Standards and the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads test methods Organising daily field testing Compiling and dispatching records Maintaining accurate data of records for samples and test results Ensuring compliance with project guidelines sampling products and testing/calibrations Developing opportunities for improvement and non-conformance reporting requirements About you Experience and knowledge in construction materials testing and sampling (essential) Cert III or IV in Laboratory Techniques (desirable) Strong communication skills communicating with management, customers and team members Strong commitment to safety and quality Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment Ability to prioritise work and work under pressure Construction card (essential) About Us Wagner's is an award-winning and diversified Australian Construction materials and services provider of New Generation Building Materials.
