Lincom WA Pty Ltd is seeking a high-performing Area Sales Manager to promote the sales and hire of our equipment range.
We serve all of Western Australia, assisting customers in the quarry, mining, recycling, and forestry sectors with the sales, service, and parts for world-renowned mobile screening, crushing, bulk handling, and environmental equipment – including leading brands such as Terex Powerscreen, Morbark, and Komptech.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in providing customer-specific solutions to achieve the best customer-oriented outcomes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Analyse all sales leads and new prospects, including face-to-face meetings and cold calling.Travel throughout WA regularly and promote the business out in the field.Provide quotes in consultation with the General Manager.Regularly report all activities, market trends, competitors, and aftersales follow-ups.Participate in industry gatherings, workshops, and courses as required and establish memberships with such professional bodies.Utilise all capabilities of the CRM in line with the company's policies and procedures.The successful applicant will need to possess the following: 'C' Class Driver's License.Experience within the Crushing & Screening industry (highly advantageous) or other heavy equipment industries.Track record of building strong customer relationships and generating new business.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A willingness to travel throughout WA regularly.Self-motivated, willing to work independently and be part of a larger team.What's in it for you: ASAP start dates are available.Stability in a long-established family-owned business.Friendly and inclusive culture and a fun working environment.Industry leading base salary and uncapped commissions.Company vehicle and fuel card.If this sounds like your next opportunity, please apply today.
