In this critical role, you will lead our sales strategy and execution across Western Australia, driving growth and building strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targetsManage existing customers requirements, providing timely responses to enquiriesIdentify and capitalise on new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of prospectsAbility to travel, with occasional trips interstateFoster and maintain excellent relationships with key clients, delivering outstanding customer serviceAnalyse market trends and competitor activity, adjusting sales plans accordinglyCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and other teams to support integrated sales initiativesProvide regular reporting and insights to the senior leadership teamWhat we're looking for Significant experience (8+ years) in a sales management role, ideally within the sales industryTechnical aptitude, ideally with an understanding of pumping and filtration with waterProven track record of successfully leading and motivating high-performing sales teamsExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skillsStrong business acumen and strategic thinking abilitiesAbility to operate autonomously in a target-driven environmentWhat we offer At Helix Hydro, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
