Responsibilities: Technical solutions sales to Engineers, Operators and End-Users in Mining. Grow the business through planning, hunting and closing - 100% backed by your General Manager. Provide Technical Advice on Water, Power & Energy Solutions to Contractors, Procurement Managers and Distributors throughout Perth & Surrounding regional Areas. Work from home, the road and from the office. Manage your time - your way. Results focused role. Develop New Business Opportunities for long term project wins. Work autonomously and grow your client base with full trust and support. Work closely with the Managing Director to develop strategies for business improvement. On occasion travel when needed for Key Account Management. Driving and mentoring new technical staff. Skills: 5 + years Mining Industry Sales experience coupled with technical foundations in Power Generation, Pumping, Dewatering Applications. MUST. You can talk to anyone. You demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised with ability to provide reports. CRM, ERP functionality appreciation and adaptable to changes. You will be a straight up and honest person with energy and drive. You will enjoy the hunt, setting goals, developing business plans and you will seek a future where you can develop your own team and location run autonomously by you. Trade qualifications or the technical acumen to interpret and solve technical problems onsite. The confidence and professionalism to consult with engineers and clients on complex technical projects.
