We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our WA engineering team in developing innovative solutions and driving project success. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives. Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation. What You'll Bring? 10+ years of experience in the IT space, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong experience with a suite of Microsoft products including Office 365, Intune, Active Directory, etc. Familiarity with cloud platforms and experience in developing and implementing engineering best practices and standards. Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. What Else Do You Need to Apply? We want to learn more about you, therefore a relevant cover letter is required for your application to be considered. Start within a 4-week time frame, ideally. Travel on-site to our office in Welshpool and to client sites. Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions. Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.
