Role Highlights: Provide a general medicine service provision in accordance with departmental needs during normal working hours and as rostered for after hours and weekends. Service provision will encompass inpatient, outpatient, and day care as determined and may vary depending on organisational needs and objectives. Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient-centered care. Utilize your diagnostic skills to assess, diagnose, and treat patients across diverse medical needs. Demonstrated skills in General Medicine, High Dependency Care, and Coronary Care at a senior level. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills. Significant experience in rural and remote general medicine provision and sound understanding of remote area health service provision is desirable. Ability to work as an effective team member.
