We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Consultant Anaesthetists to join our team of healthcare professionals. Role Highlights: Provide comprehensive clinical service, governance and leadership in Anaesthetics to promote quality health outcomes for patients of WA Country Health Service.Ensure the provision of comprehensive anaesthetic service and airway management to patients.Provision of anaesthetic services for patients having surgical, medical, obstetric or investigational procedures, including continuous monitoring during such procedures.Pre-operative assessment and early post-operative care of patients.Supervision of anaesthesia trainees and other staff as appropriate.What We Offer: Competitive compensation package and regional entitlements.Opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.Flexible schedulingOpportunity to explore Western AustraliaQualifications: AHPRA registration.Fellowship of the Australasian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetics, or equivalent.Demonstrated extensive experience in anaesthesia in general, obstetrics, paediatric and emergency anaesthesia.Lnowledge and understanding of the rural anaesthesia settingAbility to work as an effective team member.Highly developed communication, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of the Aboriginal Cultural Respect FrameworkOur Services: Country healthcare stretches more than 2.5 million square kilometres and seven regions.
