About the Role The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer-focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will also build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Greet and direct tenants, contractors, and members of the public. Monitor CCTV footage to ensure that assets are protected, to detect any signs of a security breach. Respond to critical incidents and simultaneously prepare written reports. Interact with key stakeholders including client and building management. Assist with administration tasks when the site manager is off duty as delegated and required by the role. Sign in procedure for contractors that conduct works onsite, ensuring the appropriate work permits / work orders and site inductions has been submitted and completed. Skills and Experience Certificate II in Security Operations and WA security license First Aid certificate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous concierge security experience Prior control room experience Minimum 2 years in the security industry Able to work autonomously without supervision Full WA driver's license How to Apply MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
