We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to join our team on a permanent basis. These roles focus on supporting ICT projects within the healthcare sector, leveraging your expertise to align technology with critical healthcare processes. You will work with clinical and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize ICT solutions, ensuring they meet the complex needs of healthcare service delivery in WA.

Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed business and systems analysis, translating business needs into clear technology requirements and documenting workflows. Drive ICT project implementations with a focus on data integration, migration, and reporting, as well as web and mobile delivery for a large, diverse user base. Analyze and optimize the interactions between process, systems, and data, with a detailed understanding of healthcare applications. Use methodologies like PRINCE2 and Agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban, Lean) to ensure structured and successful project delivery. Develop and rationalize complex cost/benefit models and Business Cases to guide strategic investment decisions. Apply advanced Business Analysis notation (e.g., BPML, ArchiMate) and process classification techniques (e.g., APQC), creating clear documentation that meets accessibility standards. Collaborate with clinical teams to support the design and evaluation of clinical pathways, care models, and health IT solutions. Assist in the development of data dictionaries and data cataloguing efforts. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including clinicians and technical staff, to support problem-solving, risk assessment, and process alignment. Communicate complex information effectively, both verbally and in writing, to stakeholders at all levels. Desired Skills & Experience Essential:
Demonstrated experience in business and systems analysis, particularly in healthcare or health ICT projects. Strong knowledge of ICT project implementation, especially data-heavy and web/mobile-focused projects. Expertise in financial analysis, business case development, and technical writing aligned with government standards. Hands-on experience with process mapping, notation standards (BPML, ArchiMate), and frameworks (PRINCE2, SCRUM, Kanban). Proven interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Highly Desirable:
Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) solutions and associated health technologies. Familiarity with WA Health and State Government ICT policies, including Cloud Hosting and Cybersecurity. Knowledge of government procurement processes, change management, and stakeholder communications.
