Due to an internal promotion, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a background in contract administration to join their team and lead high-impact projects in the commercial, industrial, and education sectors.

About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will lead and deliver complex projects from initiation to completion, managing budgets, contracts, and schedules while ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
Your expertise in both project and contract management will be crucial in guiding and mentoring your team to achieve exceptional project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and deliver projects ranging from $1M to $15M, focusing on commercial, industrial, and education sectors, including live operational environments.
Mentor and lead a project team, including Contract Administrators and Site Supervisors, to achieve successful outcomes.
Provide expertise in contracts, including head contract disputes, scheduling, and project budgeting.
Utilise Jonas Premier construction software to streamline project management processes.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in New Build and Fitout Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
