About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a seasoned Senior Contracts Administrator or Contract Manager to become a vital part of a forward-thinking construction team in Brisbane. This pivotal position involves managing and overseeing all contractual elements of construction projects, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and contributing to the successful completion of premium residential developments.
Key Responsibilities Review, negotiate, and manage construction contracts to protect the organisation's interests. Monitor the performance and compliance of contracts, resolving any issues or disputes efficiently. Support the preparation of tender documents, focusing on drafting and reviewing contractual terms. Offer expert advice on contract-related matters, interpreting complex clauses to mitigate potential risks. Keep meticulous records of contract documentation, ensuring all information is accurate and current. Work closely with various teams to aid in the seamless delivery of construction projects. Stay informed on the latest industry regulations, trends, and best practices in contract management. Requirements Extensive experience in a Senior Contract Administrator or Contract Manager role for projects valued $30M + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively identify and mitigate contractual risks.
