Location
Copacabana is a suburb located on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia, as part of the Central Coast Council local government area. Copacabana is situated at the northern end of Macmasters Beach, the two beaches divided by Cochrone Lagoon.
Practice Details: Modern purpose-built surgery established in 2018, currently 2 doctors and now primed for growth. Fully computerised with Best Practice software. 4 consulting rooms (1 currently used by allied health), nurse room, treatment room. Experienced registered nurse assists with all areas, including care plans and health assessments, excluding aged care patients. Accredited with AGPAL. Classified MMM1/DPA. Mixed billing practice. 20-minute drive to Gosford public hospital, with 2 nearby local private hospitals and an abundance of specialist and allied health practices in the area. CMC is the only medical practice in the suburb. Standard consultations are 15-20 minutes.
Position: We need an additional GP to take advantage of growth potential and to take over a proportion of the existing patient base. Seeking friendly, committed doctors with a strong work ethic and a passion for continued learning. Immediate start (negotiable). Current registration with AHPRA required.
Days and hours flexible: current hours 9:00am to 6:00pm Mon to Fri. The principal GP has a large number of aged care patients and opportunities exist to take over or expand these services if desired. We currently offer general practice and skin checks/procedures.
Remuneration - 70% of billingsOption for 1 or 2 hour lunch break. Go for a surf or swim at the beautiful beach in front of the medical centre.Perfect for Doctors who may enjoy a surf, bush walk, beach walk or swim. Excellent cafes and restaurants close by.4 patients max per hour with 15 minute consults.Purpose built practice with spacious consulting and treatment rooms.Doctor owned and operated.Fully computerised with Best Practice software.Some Allied health services operate from the premises: Dietitian, Physio, Podiatrist and Chiro.**APPLY NOW**
