VR General Practitioner for work at Newstead Medical - Launceston Located in the stunning Tamar Valley in Launceston, Tasmania, Newstead Medical (including Kings Meadows Medical Centre and Urgent Care Centre Launceston) is a well-established and locally owned multi-site practice. We are seeking part-time and full-time General Practitioners to join our team.
Co-located with an existing pathology collection and pharmacy, our practices are mixed-billing and service a large and diverse patient population. We are accredited for teaching GP registrars, medical students and nursing students.

Vocational registration or access to VR MBS itemsAt least 3 years medical work experienceUnconditional AHPRA registrationExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to work well within a professional, friendly workplace teamExcellent clinical skillsInterest and recent experience in emergency medicine would be advantageous for Urgent Care workInvolvement in teachingAbout us:
