Established in December 2013, the Broken Hill GP Super Clinic provides multidisciplinary, patient centered care and services, while at the same time supporting and training the healthcare professionals of the future.There are two practice locations; the Broken Hill GP Super Clinic that is conveniently located in a health precinct directly opposite the main entrance to the Broken Hill Hospital. The hours are Monday - Friday and weekends on a roster basis and the South Medical Centre that is located at South Broken Hill. The hours of work are Monday - Friday.For more information on our practices please visit our website https://bhgpsc.com.au/To find out more about this position, please contact the BHGPSC Operations Manager, Natasha Nadge on ****** or call 0459 407 359 Qualifications & experience Current AHPRA Registration with Medical Board of Australia Having and maintaining a Medicare Provider Number Vocational registration with RACGP or ACCRM Experienced general medicine knowledge and skills Tasks & responsibilities Provide medical treatment to patients Provide coordinated care in chronic disease management through health assessments, care planning, case conferencing, routine recalls and reminders Provide preventative care eg: child and adult immunisation, in accordance with national schedules and best practice guidelines Participate in the supervision of the clinics medical staff, including medical students, registrars and overseas trained doctors Attractive remuneration package - dependent on qualifications and GP experience Great work life balance with flexible working hours The ability to experience living and working in one of the best regional communities in Australia Enthusiastic and friendly team of GPs, nurses and allied health professionals who are just as passionate about patient outcomes as you are.
