VP of Supply Chain Network Strategy & Optimisation (BH-30897)Location: Sydney, Australia

Salary: $350,000.00 to $400,000.00 per annum

As part of their global strategy, they are looking for a VP of Supply Chain Network Strategy & Optimisation to join their team in Sydney.

The role reports to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and is pivotal in aligning, integrating, and optimising the global supply chain functions (Manufacturing & Engineering, Distribution, Procurement, Logistics, Planning, and IBP) across all divisions in a matrix organisation.
The VP will drive operational excellence, lead digital transformation initiatives, and develop strategic roadmaps to enhance productivity, sustainability, and resilience across their supply chain operations.

The VP will also collaborate closely with the Global Technology Team to ensure the seamless integration of digital transformation initiatives, driving efficiency, agility, and innovation across the supply chain.
Additionally, they will be accountable for developing a 3-5 year Productivity Roadmap and leading business cases for supply chain investments that optimise performance and drive long-term growth.

This is a career-defining role that will create and deliver a fully integrated, technology-enabled, and scalable global supply chain to support a high-growth transformative organisation.
We are looking for a Supply Chain Leader (director level or above) who has true global experience (has worked in ANZ and International markets) with in-depth expertise in Manufacturing, Planning & Procurement, and exposure to leading large scale transformational programs.
You will be able to bring to life your success in driving strategy, integration, and operational excellence of supply chains in large global matrix organisations, and developing long-term roadmaps to deliver effective, efficient, resilient, and scalable supply chains.
You will have exceptional communication and presentation skills, be able to collaborate and influence at all levels, and drive results across diverse teams globally.
