Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, this role will lead product and design across a growing, but mature company with over 10 years in market. The current product and design team consists of 10+ SPM's, PM's, Product Designers and UX Designers and work as part of a larger (around 50) technology team. Your role will be to bring robust best product practice to the company as well as develop a roadmap for new product development. The opportunity within this company and industry is significant. It is ideal that you have worked as a Product leader within the Health-tech, Med-tech space and/or SaaS. Key Responsibilities: Predict the Future: Define and execute our long-term Product Strategy and 12-month Roadmap, ensuring alignment with Company Strategy and broader objectives. Contribute to longer-term company strategy as a valuable member of the Executive leadership team. Show Good Judgment: Undertake comprehensive product research, including global scans, industry trends, and customer/patient surveys, to drive data-driven decision-making and product strategy. Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and trends, bringing valuable knowledge into the business and the industry. Take Ownership: Own the commercial outcomes and go-to-market strategy for new product releases. Report on the success or failure of significant product initiatives, monitoring early signals for pre-emptive action. Build Alliances: Collaborate closely with other department leaders to develop and execute yearly and quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Network within the industry, serving as a public face of the company for industry events, speaking engagements, and networking events. Insist on Great: Lead and manage a highly talented team of Product Managers, UI, and UX team members. Define and insist on great performance for all employees in Product, coaching for success. Own headcount forecasting, recruitment, and successful onboarding of new talent.
