Key Requirements: 10+ years of experience in tech consulting, with a strong background in delivery management and practice leadership ( MD/COO level ) Proven track record of driving growth and innovation in the digital transformation consulting space Experience with fixed price contracts and managed services, with a focus on cloud and digital solutions Strong understanding of technologies such as AWS, Microsoft, and application support, with expertise in cloud migration and digital innovation Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment Experience working in a rapidly growing company, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with rapid growth and digital transformation.
