Weare currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate VolunteerServices Manager to join our Youth and Community Programs team. TheVolunteer Services Manager plays a crucial role in developing avolunteer management framework, while enhancing the capability ofPCYC business units and clubs to effectively oversee theirvolunteers. This position has the flexibility to be based at one ofour PCYC clubs around Brisbane (subject to availability). If youare an experienced volunteer leader and have a passion for theyouth and community program sector, we want to hear fromyou!

Your NewRole TheVolunteer Services Manager is responsible for developing andimplementing a framework that allows clubs and business units tobuild capability in managing their volunteers of all levels. Thisrole plays a key role in fostering a positive volunteer experiencewhile supporting business units and clubs to engage with volunteersin a way that aligning with the organisation's strategic goals. AboutYou A relevanttertiary qualification is highly desirable, or significantexperience in the industry in lieu of aqualification. At least 3years' experience leading, developing and implementing avolunteer management framework. Demonstratedability in developing a volunteer recruitment managementframework. Demonstratedability to develop training platform forvolunteers. Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills with demonstratedability to build relationships with stakeholders. Ability totravel across the state as required Hold a currentunrestricted driver's license. Pleasenote: Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start andRestricted Person legislation applies. All PCYC employees arerequired to complete a National Police Check uponcommencement.
