AboutYou A relevanttertiary qualification is highly desirable, or significantexperience in the industry in lieu of aqualification. At least 3years' experience leading, developing and implementing avolunteer management framework. Demonstratedability in developing a volunteer recruitment managementframework. Demonstratedability to develop training platform forvolunteers. Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills with demonstratedability to build relationships with stakeholders. Ability totravel across the state as required Hold a currentunrestricted driver's license. Pleasenote: Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start andRestricted Person legislation applies. All PCYC employees arerequired to complete a National Police Check uponcommencement.
