Location: North East Region | Albury/Wodonga Job type: Ongoing - Full Time Occupation: Other Reference: 1086 About the Role Closing Date: 3rd, November, 2024 Competitive salary plus generous salary packaging options Dynamic work environment and collaborative team culture Flexibility for balancing work and life commitments About the role The Volunteer Coordinator will be a valued member of the People and Culture department ensuring robust governance, developing policy, procedure and following best practice for volunteer activities.
We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity: Extensive experience managing and coordinating volunteers.
Tertiary qualification in Social Work or Community Development.
Commitment to work with all clients and all levels of stakeholders including demonstrated ability to positively and thoughtfully motivate people.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with all stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills and experience in creating and maintaining schedules, accurate records (including databases and electronic files), and monitoring workflows.
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
