Volunteers have many skills and life experiences that can help our residents to engage in our leisure and lifestyle programs, with activities that suit their interests and boost their health and well-being. Leisure and Lifestyle volunteers may like to assist with: Crafting groups Mens chat group Social groups Gardening groups Special activities, including using wheelchairs to assist residents  Companionship such as chats over coffee, garden walks Entertainment and concerts If you have any skills or experiences that you think would benefit our residents, we want to hear from you!   Time commitment We are happy to work with all volunteers to set up the most suitable days and times for you. Any amount of time you can give, whether it's a few days a week or a few hours a month, is valuable for our community and much appreciated.   About Southern Cross Care Southern Cross Care has provided quality aged care and retirement living services to our community for more than 55 years.
