Procurement Sourcing Specialist (12M Contract) Location: Zetland (Hybrid)

About the Role: The Procurement Sourcing Specialist is responsible for the sourcing of services in VGA and supporting other procurement projects or activities as required.
Reporting to our Group Head of Procurement, you will support strategic sourcing initiatives in line with broader business objectives and conduct go-to-market RFx in accordance with Group and VGA company policies.
Note: this position is a 12 Month Maximum Term contract.
Main Responsibilities: Develop and deliver sourcing strategies for assigned categories/services/projects and identify cost and performance drivers within assigned responsibilities which drives value for VGA and optimises spend under management.Provide end-to-end support in contract management including contract drafting, internal approval process, contract execution and record management.Act as vendor escalations contact for VGA and drive long-term supplier innovation.Provide advice to stakeholders on procurement insights and requirements for new initiatives.Ensure compliance with Group Procurement policies and procedures, code of conduct, ethical practices, industry principles and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.Deliver regular spend analysis, contract reports and other reports as required.Maintain a rolling initiative pipeline to track delivered and projected savings.About You: Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as commerce/economics/law/engineering.Strong experience within procurement, sourcing, category management or projects background.Experience in management of competitive tenders.Successful negotiation, problem-solving and project management skillset.Professional, collaborative and influential approach to stakeholder management and relationship building.Benefits: A culture of continuous learning, growth and development, including access to LinkedIn Learning and personal development opportunities.Flexible working arrangements with our hybrid work model.Additional leave including VGA Day paid leave and birthday leave.Discounts on Audi, Cupra, Skoda and Volkswagen car purchases.Free entry to Dubbo and Taronga Zoo for you and your family.Work in an award-winning state-of-the-art newly refurbished building.Why Volkswagen Group Australia (VGA)?
