Fraser Shores Medical Centre and Hervey Bay Skin is seeking Vocationally Registered General Practitioners to join us in our modern clinic on either a full or part-time basis in Hervey Bay.
Our practice is open 6 days a week: Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm, Sat 8am to 12pm, closed Sundays and public holidays.
Duties & Responsibilities: Handling mainly booked, walk-in patients and urgent medical casesSupervision of International medical graduates and registrarsOptions to specialise in skin cancer management and cosmetic medicineParticipate in after-hours mini emergency clinicsStrong prior experience in medicineVocational AHPRA registration (General registration considered)Skin cancer management experience is highly advantageous, though non-essentialExperience in training or mentoring other General PractitionersEligibility for Flexible Supervision Program (FSP)Benefits on Offer: Attractive remunerationStrong base of returning patients from our outgoing VR GPMixed billing practiceFlexible hoursNegotiable relocation assistance availableModern, central facilities in the heart of Hervey BayRobust RN and Allied Health supportAbout Us: Established in 2002, the practice is located 300km north of Brisbane, near Fraser Coast Public Hospital and St Stephen Private Hospital.
