ConnectingLearningBelongingAbout your new role The Vocational Specialist will deliver IPS employment supports to adults in partnership with a multidisciplinary team at a new Adult Mental Health Service in Darwin.
Neami National's IPS Employment program supports recovery through open employment. With the support from the Employment Services Manager and the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) team, the Vocational Specialist will work in the context of the IPS model, supporting individuals working toward their individual employment goals. The principles of IPS are competitive employment, integration into mental health team, individual preferences, zero exclusion, rapid job search, job development, benefits counselling, and time unlimited support.
