Overview of the roleGreystone College seeks an enthusiastic National VET Administrator to join our friendly, supportive team at our Sydney CBD campus, in a varied and challenging role.This position is for an immediate opening.Job DutiesThe National VET Administration team are responsible for student services and administrative duties as follows:Working as part of a team on all national VET administrative tasksResponding to student written enquiries through management of VET student support emailCreate class allocations and placements for academic sessions for students and trainersManagement of the student placement list, student follow up list, VET student records (VSR), Odyssey (CRM), Moodle (LMS), and TeamsCoordination of student communications and messagingYearly AVETMISS data reporting and following up on key student enrolment documentationPreparation and participation in student intakesIssuing nationally recognised qualificationsRunning reports and updating CRM databaseCollaborating with the wider ILSC communitySupporting any problem faced by the admin teamProviding cover and support for receptionCompleting other tasks and project work as required by the VET Administration Manager and National Director of TrainingKey Selection Criteria:Outstanding organisational and administrative skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent technical skills (database, LMS, excel, email etc)A passion for education and sensitivity to the cultural and language issues facing our overseas studentsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFluency in written and spoken English is a mustWork Hours:38 hours per week, flexible between 9am and 8pm weekdays.
