The Magistrates' Court of Victoria (MCV) has a long history of providing justice for the people of Victoria in metropolitan and regional courts across the state, determining in excess of 300,000 cases per annum at 51 venues.
About the Role This role requires accurate data entry skills, initiative, and proactiveness. Experience in Oracle is highly regarded.
In this role you will:
Perform a range of financial and administrative services including the manual processing and payment of financial assistance awarded by the Tribunal.Provide advice and information to registrars and administrative staff regarding the status of payments of VOCAT awards.Perform administrative functions including data entry, filing, archiving, and reconciliations.Create and maintain the database of vendors and banking details.About You Working in a small supportive and inclusive team, you will ensure that all work is performed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
