VMO Liaison OfficerJoondalup Health CampusPermanent full-time opportunityProvide comprehensive support to the General Manager and the Medical Services teamJoin our Private hospital growth team!You will work closely with us to provide outstanding and broad-ranging liaison support to our Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs) for their private business development. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring our VMO onboarding, growth support and relationship management is first class, underpinned by a deep commitment to excellent communication, efficiency, professionalism and mutually beneficial clinical and commercial outcomes.Duties will include, but not limited to:Assist in the onboarding activities of new VMOs including site tours, meetings and introductions, support of setting up their private rooms/sessional suites, promotional material and activities and business development needs to optimise successful commencement.Coordination of private suite leasing activities to ensure a smooth and cohesive process from prospect identification and assessment, lease negotiation and execution, set up of services and any other activities necessary.Responsible for the management of the various JHC sessional suites in terms of original fit-out, rostering of clinics, equipment, upkeep and ongoing running of the facilities.Supervises and coordinates the JHC employed sessional suite administrative staff , including recruitment, rostering, leave management, supervision and performance management.Collaboration with the GP Liaison Officer to identify VMOs appropriate for growth support activities and the coordination of their inclusion.Coordination of marketing activities related to VMOs including promotion through Ramsay website and materials.Assisting with producing and distributing communications to VMOs as part of the medical services and GP liaison team communication strategyCoordinating VMO hospitality event planning and executionSupport the General Manager and DMS with projects focused toward private hospital performance and growth About YouTo succeed in this role, you will demonstrate prior experience working closely with VMOs in a private hospital setting.You will also bring;A high degree of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skillsA positive attitude and a high degree of self-confidence, with the ability to engage seamlessly with stakeholders at all levelsOutstanding personal efficiency with high level capacity to multitask and managing priorities and deadlines.Experience in a similar role within the Private Hospital sector is highly desirable.Advanced proficiency with IT systems and Microsoft Office including; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Basic graphic design skills would be a bonus.Flexibility to meet variable work hour demands.Remuneration: On offer is a competitive salary of $102,064.29 + Superannuation, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
