We are investing in new and existing capabilities and have a number of exciting opportunities available.We have various opportunities to join CRG as the VM Creative Specialist across Country Road, Mimco and Politix.The VM Creative Specialist supports the Head of VM in developing and executing monthly guidelines to bring the brand's vision to life in-store. This role designs all creative elements for windows, in-store activations and key retail moments, including props, installations and fixtures. The VM Creative Specialist will define technical specifications, including materials, dimensions, and colours, for all design elements, ensuring consistency and quality. Additionally, this role creates floor layouts and styling guidelines for new collections and product refreshes, provides feedback on department-specific fixtures, and produces comprehensive guidebooks to ensure seamless execution by store teams.Key AccountabilitiesAssist the VM Head/Manager in developing, writing, and administering monthly visual merchandising guidelines.Leverage the VM strategy and marketing brief to design creative elements, including props, installations, and fixtures for key retail moments.Define technical specifications (materials, dimensions, colours) for all props and fixtures.Design proposed floor layouts and styling guidelines for new collections and product refreshes.Design all creative for windows and in-store activations.Create detailed guidebooks for store teams to implement new collections, campaigns, and refreshes.Key CapabilitiesBachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.Experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or a similar creative role within a retail environment.Proven experience designing and executing in-store displays, window displays, and product presentations.Strong understanding and appreciation for the brand, its aesthetic, and target customer.Proficiency in design software and 3D design tools.Strong understanding of materials, dimensions, and colour theory for props and fixtures.Knowledge of retail fixture design, window dressing, and in-store display techniques.Why work for CRG?The Country Road Group is one of Australasia's largest Lifestyle Brand Houses comprising of iconic brands such as Country Road, POLITIX, Trenery, Witchery and MIMCO.
