As the Operations Manager for this region, you will be responsible for managing the growth and maintenance of this already established business.
This opportunity is suitable for an energetic, highly focused professional with a "can-do" attitude, customer service focus, and a high level of initiative.
Key Responsibilities You will work predominately on one of our small corporate contracts in Queensland. Servicing existing clients whilst exploring business development opportunities. Maintaining a network of employees, suppliers, and service providers to ensure optimal service delivery. Managing and resolving work orders, requests, and operational issues. Monitoring and reporting on service and compliance status and issues. Coordinating the implementation of business strategies and system improvements for the area. Training, mentoring, and supervising cleaning staff across the region. This is a role that will require work outside normal day-to-day operations. Operational knowledge is essential. Previous experience working across Government contracts would be highly regarded. Excellent communication skills and a dynamic personality, easily adapting to change. Exceptional organisational, multi-tasking, and time management skills with the ability to prioritise work to ensure our contract commitments, compliance, and revenue targets are achieved. Understanding of workplace health and safety and ability to promote a safety culture across the region. Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
